Information & Advocacy A core service promoting independence, involvement and interests of older people, providing support with making choices and taking decisions.
Active Living A project encouraging and supporting the over 50s with a wide range of activities, aiming to reduce isolation and loneliness.
Befriending Befriending of lonely, vulnerable older people by volunteers who will visit homes on a regular basis to provide companionship and support.
