The Information, Advice and Advocacy is a core service within Age Concern Havering. It is crucially important in promoting the independence, involvement and interests of older people. The service can help with support in making choices, taking decisions, securing rights, the ability to act in their own interests as well as contributing to the community and being fully engaged in society.
