Day Centre Services: Paines Brook Court Day Centre

When are we open?
The centre is open Monday - Saturday 10am-4pm

About us
Paines Brook Day Centre offers a friendly enjoyable experience whilst providing family carers a break from their caring role. Our service offers older people companionship, meals and a range of stimulating activities for physically frail and those with dementia.

Our aim is to enable older people to maintain their social and daily living skills so that they continue to live at home independently whilst promoting social inclusion.

Our team of staff offer a person centred service and are on hand to provide support, interaction, 1:2:1 time and group activities. Throughout the year we add interest with themed events/days. Our Centre provides an opportunity to learn new skills and provides mental and physical stimulation. Good company and freshly cooked meals creates a great experience for all.

Supporting family carers
Day services support families to have regular respite for those who require regular care, enabling the family carer time for themselves

Whilst managed by Age Concern Havering, our service is led by service users. Our service user focus group meet regularly to ensure services continue to be tailored to meeting changing needs.
