Havering has one of the largest older populations in London and we know the rate of growth in the future will be significantly higher than the national average. In our work we see many who are isolated and lonely, living with little outside contact. The support of individuals and companies, whether through gifts of money or time, is and will be even more important in future to ensure we can support older people in and around Havering who need our help.
